All memberships are non-refundable after seven days of membership. To cancel a recurring membership, please e-mail carolinarisellc@gmail.com. If you require a refund before the seven-day grace period, please e-mail carolinarisellc@gmail.com

Carolina Rise, LLC, is governed by the Name, Image and Likeness laws of the state of South Carolina and adheres to all current NCAA guidelines. 

Carolina Rise, LLC, is in full compliance with all policies at the University of South Carolina but is not affiliated with the University of South Carolina, including its athletics department.

All player promotional opportunities are paid in full when services are rendered. Payment is taxable income for the players.
